The primary goal of the Black Insurance Industry Collective™ (BIIC®) is to support and accelerate the advancement of Black insurance professionals and increase industry representation of Black managers, leaders, and executives.
What We Do
Address the unique, cultural, mental and psychological challenges encountered by Black professionals.
Expose selected top talent to skills necessary for their continued career growth and advancement.
Equip leaders with a development roadmap for their success within the industry.
Provide a collective forum for networking, support and developmental guidance for Black professionals.
Ensure access to Senior Executives, and other key leaders and allies.
