The vision of the Black Insurance Industry Collective™ (BIIC) is to support the development of Black talent in the insurance industry by providing educational opportunities, networking, and training opportunities that align with our three pillars:

  • Leadership Development Program - designed specifically for Black leaders in the insurance industry.

  • Mentoring and Sponsorship - providing access to leaders across the industry who can informally mentor and coach Black professionals

  • Empowered Networking - both within own companies and across the industry
