In partnership with Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning provided by the Darden School Foundation, the BIIC Executive Leadership Program is designed to support and empower mid- to senior-level leaders by addressing the unique cultural, mental, and psychological challenges they encounter in their careers.
With a focus on retention, career advancement, and leadership development, this program blends classroom-style learning, case studies, presentations, networking opportunities, and fireside chats with industry leaders. This cohort is open to people of all professional and racial backgrounds.
